This option allows you to configure condition conditions when the SLA time should stop calculating the remaining time.
Once the Reset event occurs, the timer won’t start again unless the Issue met Start conditions at the same time or after. In other words, SLA might start again only when the Issue will be in the Start conditions.
The Multi-cycle option will be ignored here, so if SLA is set to calculate only the first cycle between Start and Stop, then after Reset condition and new Start, SLA will calculate the timer from the very begging.
