Only 4 admin user groups that have already been created in Jira have full access to control all sections in the add-on:
administrator;
jiraJira-administrators;
site-adminis;
system-administrators.
Click on the addon's Technical menu to Manage Access:

This option is available only available for Jira administrators. If you have enough rights, the access control window will open.

You can switch between Sections and Options tabs to configure access more precisely. In Sections, you give access to sections of the Employee Card, and in Options - access to the settings of the add-on itself.

Under the section name, you can choose Mode - View or Modify.

Check / Uncheck all buttons implement quick selection or removal of settings for all groups.
