Given To address this challenge, we have released functionality that gives introduced a new feature in Smart Jira Forms that enables users the ability to create a form and share it directly with people others using the direct a unique URL.
There are 2 types of Form sharing in the The Smart Jira Forms add-on Smart Jira Formsoffers two methods of form sharing:
Share the form with external users (Method 1) by : You can provide a link to collect 1 response and by adding a form to a certain Jira issue. Have a time limit for filling - 1 monthto the form, allowing external users to access it and submit a response. This method restricts users to submit only 1 response and also provides the option to associate the form with a specific Jira issue. Users are given a time limit of 1 month to complete the form.
Share the form with external users (Method 2) by a link to collect a no-limit count of responses and with no need to add a form to a Jira issue. Have no time limit for filling: With this method, you can share the form using a link that allows an unlimited number of responses. There is no requirement to associate the form with a Jira issue, and users can fill out the form at their convenience without any time restrictions.
