Discover the key considerations when choosing who has access to your sensitive data and how to properly configure permissions to protect your organization properly.

If your account has administrator rights, select Permissions in the configuration menu to manage the access for additional users who can update the view add-onmanage permissions and work schedule.

Manage add-on access for all the user groups in your organization by checking the boxes.

View Add-on determine determines which users can set up new and view existing reports. Users who do not have access to the reports cannot view the report pages on the add-on and Jira Dashboard.

Manage permissions access allows you to control who can edit permissions.

Work schedule determine which users can make changes in calendars.

Note

After the all changes are made, don't forget to save them.
