No further configuration is required. The custom field will update every hour and will automatically reflect changes to tasks as they move between statuses. The time calculation is based on a 24/7 calendar logic.

If your workflow has Unmapped statuses, the automatic update in equal hours does not work in the custom field. Only manual updates will show the time. You can check if you have such statuses in the Boards settings. |
