First, click "Jira Settings" and then choose "Apps".Then go to "click Apps menu and go to Find new add-ons" page page.

2. Type "Dynamic Filters" in the search box and then click on "Dynamic Filters" (by SaaSJet)
3. Click "Free trial" or "Subscribe now" to download and install the app.
