Do you want to calculate how long a task has been without an Assignee? Set up an SLA condition that will start somehow the Assignee is changed, Moved from Assigned to Unassigned and vice versa. How How can you do this?

3. Select Start SLA when no Assignee is assigned, and Stop when the task has received an Assignee - ‘Assignee Changed’
