At the Time Between Statuses add-on, you can set email notifications for issues where the time limits have been exceeded.
To do it, go to the Configuration menu.

3. If you select +add new status group, furstof first of all, create status group by setting: Group name, Project, Start/Stop/Pause statuses and set time limit. In case if you have already done this or when you are editing the group status you can start setting up notifications.
