Click + New Work Schedule to create a new one.

After this, you can add a name to each calendar and choose:
the amount number of working days per week;
time zone;
the amount of work hours per day;
every day everyday breaks;
the days when your team is on holidaysholiday;
...
The time , that has been spent on issue issues in each status will be calculated according to the your specific calendar you choose.
Also, in you Work Schedule you can edit, copy or delete each work schedule
