For new customers. If you haven’t tried Issue History for Jira yet, you need to install the trial version of our add-on for 30 days. The Bulk revert option is available for all trial users.

For our current paid customers. You can either install the free trial on another account to try “Bulk Revert” or immediately upgrade to the Advanced plan if you want this option.

How do you get the “Bulk Revert” option?

Step 1. You need to go to this page with pricing plans: Issue History for Jira - Plans | Atlassian Marketplace

Step 2. Use the billing calculator to determine your subscription price if you upgrade to the Advanced version. For example, for a company with 100 users, the Advanced plan price will be $170.

Step 3. If everything suits you, you need to submit a request to Atlassian and write a ticket for the transition to the new payment system and a request to switch to the Advanced billing plan.

Click on the “Contact for upgrade” button.

Step 4. On the opened page, select the “Other” option.

Step 5. Submit a ticket with your request: I want to switch to the new billing system and get the Advanced version.

After accomplishing all the steps, you’ll receive all the following details from Atlassian.
