With this add-on, you can calculate the time issues spend when going from one status to another
Monitor and avoid risks in your workflow process by having a clear vision of tasks’ transition time.
- Generate reports of the transition time from one status to another
- Customize the calculation by choosing first/last transition to or from the status
- Monitor status to status duration data about each ticket in Issue View Panel
- Set statuses and non-working time when counting should be on pause
- Get the visual color tagging to notify you when the time limits have been exceeded (for both Warning and Critical time)
- Export data as XLSX or CSV file report and use external tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet
