You can view time to SLA at each issue panel. You need just click on the button “Open SLA Time and Report”

You can view SLA time data to each ticket with different time limits set before at the SLA Config at Triggers. Also here you can monitor the process of spending time.

If you’re a user of SLA Time and Report mobile, all necessary SLA data are displayed on the Issue View Panel now.
