General Appearance Settings

Hide Form Name from Submitters
You can now choose to hide the form name from users who submit the form. This option is particularly useful if the form name contains internal references or sensitive details not meant for submitters.

To hide the form name:

Open the Form appearance section in the Form Builder.
Under General Appearance, check the box labeled Hide form name to submitters.
Click Save Changes to apply the setting.

Note: This setting ensures that the form name is only visible to administrators or those managing the form in Jira.

e form aligns seamlessly with your company's identity.

The background color is available only for forms shared externally or shared with external users directly from the issue, while font size and style are applicable for all types of forms spreading.

Use embedded content to personalize your form with images and incorporate the company logo.

If you're using the Dark Jira Theme, please note that the preview of the form's background color isn't accessible. To view the correct background color, kindly switch to the Light Jira Theme or share the form externally.

Instruction on how to customize the theme

Open the add-on and create a new form or use an existing one.
Click on the Brush icon to access customization options. Adjust font style and size for individual form elements, and select a tint color for background color. Preview the outcome of your theme settings directly within the form builder on the Build tab.
Save the form and spread it conveniently. Upon opening the form, you'll encounter a personalized theme tailored to your specifications.
