Custom Fields in the SLA setting

Now you can monitor your SLAs in Jira Custom Fields with the Target date and Status of the SLA goals.

Activate them in the “SLA Configuration manager”, and they will be displayed on the Issue Layout.

 

 

Give it a Name, set a Time goal, and select a preferred Limit Exceeded action from the dropdown list.
