Calculate how long the task was Unassigned

Do you want to calculate how long a task has been without an Assignee? Set up an SLA condition that will start somehow the Assignee is changed, Moved from Assigned to Unassigned and vice versa. How can you do this?

1. Click on the ‘SLA Configuration’ button at the top right corner.

2. Select Start SLA and choose criteria ‘Assignee’

3. Select Start SLA when no Assignee is assigned, and Stop when the task has received an Assignee - ‘Assignee Changed’
