Notification

At the app Time Between Statuses, you can set email notifications for issues where the time limits have been exceeded.

  1. To do it go to the Configuration menu.

2. Select +add new status group or edit the existing one.

 

3. If you select +add new status group firstly should create status group by setting: Group name, Project, Start/Stop/Pause statuses and set time limit. In case if you have already done this or when you are editing the group status you can start setting up notifications.

You can set emails sending to notify people about issues where are overdue Warning and Critical time limits.

 

When time limits for some issues will be exceeded, chosen before people will receive a warning email.

At the same time, you will see the comment on the overdue issue panel with a similar warning message.
