Action Item

Checklists are a useful component of process management. Include the Action Item field in your custom form to get a checklist in the issue.

How to add a Checklist to the form?

  1. Go to the Form builder and use an existing Form Template or Create a New One.

  2. Add the Action Item field. Then tap a text to action up to 255 symbols.
    Add a Related URL with detailed info about the field to each Action Item.

When the form is added to the issue, the Assignee can check items.

Once the user has submitted the checklist, items are not available for selection. Only the export of the submitted fields is available.
