To-do item

A To-do item is a specific task or activity that needs to be completed as part of a larger project or objective. It is typically assigned to an individual or a team and includes a clear description of the task and any additional relevant information. Use it to create checklists of sub-tasks that need to be done in process management. Include the To-do item element in your custom form to get a checklist of the issue.

Additionally, you have the option to utilize this To-do item element to validate the accuracy of all the information entered in the form.

Instruction on how to add a To-do item to the form

  1. Go to the Form Builder and use an existing Form Template or Create a New One.

  2. Add the To-do item element. Then tap a text to action up to 255 symbols.
    Add a Related URL with detailed info about the element to each To-do item.

When the form is added to the issue, the Assignee can check items.

Once the user has submitted the form, items are not available for selection. Only the export of the submitted elements is available.
