delete 2 types of Form sharing

In some business operations, it becomes necessary to involve individuals outside of your organization. For instance, when hiring, candidates may need to provide additional information, or salespeople may collaborate with partners from other companies.

To address this challenge, we have introduced a new feature in Smart Jira Forms that enables users to create a form and share it directly with others using a unique URL.

The Smart Jira Forms add-on offers two methods of form sharing:

1. Share the form with external users (Method 1): You can provide a link to the form, allowing external users to access it and submit a response. This method restricts users to submit only 1 response and also provides the option to associate the form with a specific Jira issue. Users are given a time limit of 1 month to complete the form.

2. Share the form with external users (Method 2): With this method, you can share the form using a link that allows an unlimited number of responses. There is no requirement to associate the form with a Jira issue, and users can fill out the form at their convenience without any time restrictions.
