Transition Count Report.

The Transition Count report shows how many times a Item has moved between each status in the workflow.

  1. Choose the Transition Count report.

  1. Get the transition count data on the grid as it’s shown below.

For example, the Item was in the Working on it status, then moved to the Done status. So, the transition count between Working on it and Done status is 1. Then the Item moved to other status and after a while, the Item returned to the Working on it status, then moved to another status is 2, and then moved back to Done. So the transition count between Working on it and Done status is 3.

The calculation of the report on the Chart view occurs according to the selected period. The transition count report calculates the number of transitions between status for the Items in the chosen period.
