Mapping multiple values to Jira fields for the Destination field setting

Mapping multiple values to Jira fields allows for collecting a few answers in the form of respondents in one Jira field for the Destination field setting.

Such multi-choice and text Jira field types are available for this:

  1. Select list multiple choices (Jira separator)

  2. Checkboxes (Jira separator)

  3. Labels (Jira separator)

  4. Short text (the separator between form elements is a space)

  5. Paragraph (the separator between form elements is a space)

To map multiple values, you must add multiple instances of form elements and link them to the same Jira field in the Destination field setting.
