A: We do not transfer or store PII data on our servers. Some of our apps read the user display name from Jira and show it on an work item or App page when

• list of work items is generated (work item table);

• data export to CSV or XLS is created;

• the “user mention” feature is used (for example, work item comments).

• If you indicate this information in our services (such as when you create or submit a form). A: We use it to generate reports in which user names are figured as assignee, reporter, or custom fields during Jira work item processing. We also need it when someone outside your organization creates a report in which your name is specified. We use access to your work items according to the selected filters in the add-on. Then, based on the work item history, we perform the necessary calculations to generate a report for you. All other data is unidentified and hidden from us.

A: Customer data is processed and stored within Atlassian infrastructure and does not pass through third-party servers.

A: Yes, Time Metrics Tracker for Jira app is Data Residency compliant. With Data Residency in Jira Cloud, you can control the geographic region where your data is stored.

A: We store data for various time periods depending on the circumstances. Information you share in the app, such as text and your Atlassian account ID, will be stored until you or an authorized user deletes it. If your account is deactivated, terminated, or disabled, all data and content associated with your account will remain active and accessible for as long as necessary to allow your team members or other users to work with the add-on fully. 

If you uninstall the app, we will store the data for 90 days to allow you to renew your subscription and start using it again. If you would like us to remove the data earlier, please submit your request via support@saasjet.com.

A: We do not store personal information about our customers (names, addresses, emails, accounts). The rest of the service information is encrypted and transmitted using the TLS/SSL protocol and Encryption at rest.

A: Yes, it is possible. According to the permissions section, if your account has administrator rights, select Permissions in the configuration menu to manage the access for additional users who can update the reports, work schedule, and manage permissions. If you want to make access at the user level, you can create separate groups for the corresponding users.

A: Only the Lead responsible for the product and the DevOps engineer have access to production for quick response in case of an incident. All code is deployed automatically, and several specialists check each change.

A: No, we can`t access your data after canceling, but due to the Atlassian Marketplace Licensing System, you can revoke access within 3 business days.
