The maximum allowed size for downloading attachments is 100 Mb.
Instruction on how to add an Attachment to the form
Go to the Form Builder and use an existing Form Template or Create a New One.
Add the Attachment. Add aLable,Help text, and Related URL with detailed info about the Attachment and make it required if needed.
Then you can add the form to the Customer Portal or to a Jira issue automatically / manually or even share it with external users.So now when a user fills out the form, he will be able to attach files.
