Firstly, you must сonfigure access to the information within the add-on. People Teammates' rates, expenses, and reports are sensitive information, so use the access management page to set the proper permissions. You can also control access to the Issue cost widget for Jira users.

As an administrator, you can set members of which Jira group will be able to see the People Team list, rates, and issue page widget; manage expenses; generate and manage reports and finally manage access.
