At the Time Between Statuses add-on, you can set email notifications for issues where the time limits have been exceeded.
To do it, go to the Configuration menu.
2. Select +add new status group or edit theexisting one.
3. If you select +add new status group, first of all, create status group by setting: Group name, Project, Start/Stop/Pause statuses and set time limit. In case you have already done this or when you are editing the group status you can start setting up notifications.
You can set emails sending to notify people about issues where Warning and Critical time limits are overdue.

When time limits for some issues will be exceeded, people that are chosen before will receive a warning email.

At the same time, you will see the comment on the overdue issue panel with a similar warning message.
