🤔 User Problem: Users need a way to track how many times an issue has been assigned to different team members during a specific period, such as a Sprint, to understand workload distribution and identify potential bottlenecks.

The Assignee Count data shows how many times an issue has been assigned to a particular assignee during a chosen period. So you can monitor how many times an issue has moved from one team member to another (and vice versa) easily.

📈 Outcomes:

  • Detailed Analysis: Get a detailed breakdown of how many times an issue has been assigned to each assignee.

  • Workload Distribution: Understand how work is distributed among team members.

  • Identify Bottlenecks: Quickly identify areas where issues are frequently reassigned, indicating potential bottlenecks.

  • Customizable Reports: Tailor reports to specific needs by selecting different fields for rows, columns, and values.
