Open the Smart Jira Forms Issue Checklist Template and Report add-on. Create a new form checklist or use an existing one.
To set up automated form checklist addition access Add to issues automatically button and select the desired projects and issue types from the dropdown list in the modal window.
Once the selected issue type is created in the necessary project, the form checklist will be added automatically.
Download all form responses or only responses from one form instance. Analyze and work with data from the survey in your own way. Read more.Now you can fill the checklist directly in the issue and submit it when it is done.
Once a checklist is added to the issue, you can monitor the status of the checklist instances for Jira issues with a detailed one-page report. Also, this checklist will be always available in the issue it’s been added to.
