Keep your Process up to date. Once the Process requires changes, the team can edit the Template, and the new Process will reflect new requirements.
Click on the 3 dots near the Start button and select Edit to make changes in your process.
All changes will be applied only to new processes. Don`t worry new changes will not change your existing processes.
