To get information from the submitted form in issue, follow the tutorial belowThere are 2 types of exporting responses in Smart Jira Forms:

1. Export all form responses as a PDF file. To obtain all the responses submitted for a particular form in a PDF format, follow these steps: Open the add-on, choose the desired form, click on the "Export Responses" dropdown, and select the "PDF file" option. Once the export process is finished, you'll find that all the submitted data from the form is preserved in the PDF as a filled-out form, maintaining the original form layout with the submitted information in the respective form fields. This allows for a faithful representation of the collected data in its original format for easy viewing and reference.

Responses collected from private projects will only be visible in the PDF file for users who have access to those specific private projects.

In exported PDF file only filling data will be shown.

If you need attachments, add a form to Jira issue or use sharing a form with external users with set up Create an issue, so you can follow attachment link in PDF file and see them in Jira issue attachment field.

2. Export all form responses as an Excel sheet. If you prefer to retrieve all the responses from a specific form in an Excel sheet, you can do so by opening the add-on, selecting the desired form, clicking on the "Export Responses" dropdown, and choosing the "Excel sheet" option. After the Excel sheet export is complete, you'll discover that all the submitted data from the form is presented in a structured table format, simplifying the process of viewing and analyzing the collected information.

If the form is added to a private project, responses in Excel sheet will only be viewable for users with access to that particular private project.

In exported Excel sheet only filling data will be shown.
