Step to perform:

  1. Choosing the Report and Filtering:

First, choose one of the 7 types of Jira time reports available in Time in Status for Jira Cloud. They apply necessary filters to narrow the data set based on the chosen criteria.

  1. Setting Date Ranges:

To get the correct generated data, choose the appropriate date ranges. They have two options: Issue range and Time range.

  • Issue Range: This option shows the scope of issues created, updated, or resolved during the chosen period, along with the corresponding Jira time spent.

  • Time Range: This option allows you to trim the time data youā€™ve got from the Issue range. It helps in extracting time information only for the specified time range.
