It provides insight into how well the team meets its commitments and delivers on its offers valuable insights into the team's ability to meet their commitments and achieve sprint goals.
A high completion rate indicates that the team is effectively finishing the work they planned for the sprint, while a lower rate may suggest that there are challenges or delays in completing the planned work. This metric is valuable for assessing the team's efficiency and productivity during the sprint and can be used to make adjustments in future sprints based on past performance.
Completion rate is represented by the completed issues displayed as percentage.

Completed – the amount of work completed in a sprint
The completion rate consists of 3 parameters Completed, Incompleted, Carryover.
"Completed" refers to the user stories, tasks, or backlog items that the development team successfully finished within the defined time frame of the Sprint. These are items that have met the Definition of Done and are considered ready for release or further testing.

Incompleted – The total amount of the estimation value of issues that were at the complete date in any status except the most right one of the board"Incompleted" items are those that were not finished within the Sprint time frame. Carryover – The total amount of the estimation value of issues that were at the complete date in any status except the most right one of the board (Incompleted issues) that were moved to the next following sprint.Incomplete issues that have transition to next sprint:
Selected sprint → Completed sprint (date of the completed sprint should be later than the date of the selected sprint)
Selected sprint → Active sprint (date of the completed sprint should be later than the date of the selected sprint)
"Carryover" items are the incompleted tasks or user stories from the previous Sprint that have been carried over to the current Sprint. Carryover items may be carried over for various reasons, such as unexpected challenges, scope changes, or resource constraints. It is essential to track and manage carryover items to avoid accumulating a backlog of unfinished work.
