Like all add-ons in Atlassian Marketplace, SLA Time and Report is set in two ways:
from Atlassian Marketplace;
from the Jira admin page.
If you want to install the add-on from Atlassian Marketplace, please follow the steps listed below:
1. Type Type "SLA Time and Report" in the "Search the Marketplace" field.

Select your site on atlassian.net to install the add-on, then click "Start free trial"

5. Open your Jira account and choose "SLA Time and Report" from the drop-down list.

If you want to install the add-on from the Jira admin page, please follow the instructions below. (You need to be a JIRA Administrator in order to install SLA Time and Report)
1. First, click click the Apps menu and go to Find “Find new add-onsons” page.

2. Type Type "SLA Time and Report" by SaaSJet in by SaaSJet in the search box and then click on it.
3. Click Click "Free trial" or or "Subscribe now" to download and install the app.
4. You're all set!
