For new customers. If you haven’t tried Issue History for Jira yet, you need to install the trial version of our add-on for 30 days. The Bulk revert option is available for all trial users.
For our current paid customers. You can either install the free trial on another account to try “Bulk Revert” or immediately upgrade your subscription plan by submitting a ticket to Atlassian, as shown below.
How do you get the “Bulk Revert” option?
Step 1. Open this page: Contact for upgrade
Step 2. Choose “Other”.
Step 2. Submit a ticket with your request: I want to switch to the new billing system and get the Advanced version.
After accomplishing these steps, you’ll receive all the following details from Atlassian.
