How to get the time the ticket has been spent in a particular status for the first time?

Do you want to track how much time the ticket has been spent in a particular status for the first time using the Time between Statuses add-on?

Here’s a short guide on how to get this data easily: 

  1. Go to the configuration manager.

2. Click the “Add new statuses group” button.

3. Set First Transition to To Do as a Start timer and First Transition from To do as a Stop timer.

4. Click a Save button.

That’s all!
