Average of the Time Metric
At the Time Between Statuses app, you can set the average time to find bottlenecks in your processes.
The average time is the arithmetic mean of all your work items.
The arithmetic mean
The mean = sum of values/number of values = (3+5+9+1+2)/5
The mean = 20/5 = 4
An example of displaying:
If the selection contains more than 300 work items, the average value for the status group will not be calculated.
