How to add columns with SLA data?

Now you have the ability to add columns with SLA data to your Jira time report.

To get this info, you just need to do a few steps:

  1. Tap on the “Issue Fields” field to get a drop-down list with all available issue fields.

 

2. Choose the necessary SLA (Time to Response, Time to First Response, Time to Resolution, Time to Resolution (Roadmap). OR choose all of them.

3. Click a “Save” button”.

 

4. Get all necessary columns to generate a report.
