Get Started with Time in Status Board

To display the report correctly, the Time in Status app needs information on the working hours. To do this, you need to set up your work calendars > Calendar Configuration - Time in Status App for monday.com .

Choose a report type you want to generate (see the list of reports below).

When generating the reports, you can filter Items by Status or Priority.

Time Range lets you choose which dates you want to look at in your report.

Use filters to focus your Time in Status report on exactly what you need.

You can filter by:

Smart View is a helpful toggle that highlights the most important values in your report.

The Time Format setting lets you choose how time is displayed in your report.

You can switch between different formats, depending on how you prefer to read and analyze time spent in each status.

h:m – Hours and minutes (e.g. 2h 30m)
M – Only minutes (e.g. 150m)
HM – Hours and minutes (default option)
DHM – Days, hours, and minutes
Decimal Hours – Time in decimal format (e.g. 2.5 hours)
Decimal Days – Days in decimal format (e.g. 1.2 days)
Decimal Weeks – Time shown as decimal weeks
Business DHM – Business time in days, hours, and minutes (excludes weekends and non-working hours)
Business Decimal Days – Business time in decimal days
Business Decimal Weeks – Business time in decimal weeks
