Filter Jira issues by creation, update, or resolution dates. Accurate issue resolution is vital for precise data retrieval and report reflection.
To set up Resolution follow this steps:
Go to your Workflow: ⚙️. → Issues → Workflow (if you don’t have any Workflows, you have default one)
Click “…” → Edit on your workflow page → Text
Select your Done transition and сlick Edit
Select the Resolve Issue Screen for the Screen field → Configure your screen
You must return to the Workflow page and Publish the draft in order for the changes to go into effect.
