Our add-on follows the rules on data protection and doesn't store user personal information on third-party resources. All your information that you enter into the User Profile Employee Cards will be stored in Jira Cloud.
You as a manager should tell colleagues why you need and how you'll use their information, including if it's being shared with others.
Make sure only appropriate Employees can see staff records. Read more about Managing Access here.
