SLA time goals setting lets you set time limits for each SLA configuration and choose the Exceeded action for issues:

  • notify the user in a comment;

  • changing assignee;

  • changing priority;

  • changing status.

You can choose an option to notify one user in comments or a user group (coming soon…) about exceeded issues.
