Do you want to calculate how long a task has been without an Assignee? Set up SLA condition that will start somehow the Assignee is changed, Moved from Assigned to Unassigned and vice versa. How can you do this?
1. Click the ‘SLA Configuration’ button at the top right corner.
2. Select a drop-down list for Start conditions and choose an Assignee as a criteria.
After, select a “from Unassigned” option
3. For the Stop condition, select an “Assignee Changed” option (event when the task has received an Assignee).
You can also set the conditions for Start, Pause and End of the SLA with the Assignee field according to the following criteria:
