The Status Count report shows how many times an issue has been in each status.

  1. Choose a Status Count report;

2. Filter by the category you need;

3. Choose the date ranges for the data calculation;

4. Choose a time format type that will be represented on the grid;

5. Get all the Status Count data on the grid as it’s shown below.

The calculation of the report on the Grid occurs according to the selected period. The Status Count report calculates how much time an issue has moved to each status of the workflow during the particular period.

For example, the task was in the To-Do status (1 time), then moved to the In Progress status, and after some time the task returned to the To-Do status(+1 time). So the status count in the To-Do status for this task is 2.

The calculation of the report on the Chart view occurs according to the selected period. Status count calculates how many times the tasks from the sample of tasks have been in each status.

For example - on Monday, 4 tasks out of 6 were in To-Do status 2, 3, 4, and 4 times. So the Status count of To-Do status on Monday is 2 + 3 + 4 + 4 = 13
