If your account has administrator rights, select Permissions in the configuration menu.
Manage permissions access allows you to control who can edit permissions.
Configuration manager determine which users can set up new and view existing reports. Users who do not have access to the reports cannot view the report pages on the add-on and Jira Dashboard.
