Sprint Scope Change

Sprint Scope Change

Scope change is an amount of change to the original sprint scope.

Scope change in a sprint report shows any adjustments or modifications made to the original plan during a sprint. It indicates changes in work that was added or removed after start of the sprint, providing insights into how the sprint's scope evolved.

The pie chart is divided into two slices, one for the added work and one for the removed work.

Removed issues – the amount of work that were removed from the sprint after the sprint has started.

Added issues – the amount of work that were added to sprint after the sprint has started.

Scope change : (Added - Removed) / Committed * 100
