Meet new feature - Share form like in Google Forms.

Benefits

  • no need to add a form to a Jira issue;

  • one link - a lot of responses;

  • link with no time limit for filling;

  • sharing with users out of Jira;

  • add a form link to HTML code of your website or blog to get responses from its visitors.

To share surveys and collect answers, follow the instruction below:

  1. Open Smart Jira Forms add-on and create the form you are going to share.

  2. Then, click the Share icon and generate a public URL to the form.

    1. When the form was shared there would be a Share icon near the Form name in the list. This way, you can always know that you are waiting for a particular survey to be filled out.

  3. Copy and provide the URL directly to people who should fill and submit it. Look of the form that would see the recipient.

  4. Еxpect the submitted information in Responses.

Attachment elements aren’t available for downloading from CSV.

If you need attachments, set up “Create issue“, so you can see them in Jira issue attachment field.

5. Then click on the Responses button to download a CSV file. Analyze and work with data from the survey in your way.
