These use cases explain the reports we propose for tracking SLA goals, including the metrics we think are important, as well as how to build them.

To find gadgets go to Dashboard, choose from existed or create a new one:

Remember that your primary goal is to provide your customers with a genuinely superior service experience, not to show your Team lead or CEO downward-trending graphs. Systematically review your own historical reports and, if possible, examine the data. It will serve as the baseline with which you will strive to shift all of your tactics.
