How to upgrade your subscription plan and get "Bulk Revert" option
For new customers. If you haven’t tried Issue History for Jira yet, you need to install the trial version of our add-on for 30 days. The Bulk revert option is available for all trial users.
For our current paid customers with a new subscription plan. You can either install the free trial on another account to try “Bulk Revert” or upgrade your subscription plan by submitting a ticket to Atlassian, as shown below.
How do you get the “Bulk Revert” option?
Step 1. Open this page: Contact for upgrade
Step 2. Choose “Other”.
Step 3. Submit a ticket with your request: I would like to upgrade my current subscription plan for the Issue History for Jira app.
After accomplishing these steps, you’ll receive all the following details from Atlassian.
