How to get history for the specific issue field only (example with time spent)

Case: You need to get the time spent changes (when it was added/updated) on issues.

*You can use this guide to see changes in any issue field you are interested in (comment, description, assignee, status, etc.)

Follow the next steps:

  1. Open Issue History for Jira app.

  1. Switch on the Activity view.

  1. Choose the required project.

  1. Specify the time: within the last – days

  1. Open the Field manager and select the time spent field.

As a result, you will get a report with the time spent history for the selected project updated within the last 7 days.

Save/Load option

You can save this configuration and use it whenever you work with the add-on.
