Troubleshoot blank reports

If you want to generate an SLA table report but encounter the message "No issues found", you can adjust the report filter to resolve this issue.

To do so, change the values in the highlighted fields to align with the SLA configurations (which you can see in the SLA Manager) and existing issues based on the filter.
For example, ensure that issues within the selected date range match the specified status or at least exist. If sorting by Reporter, verify that at least one task was created during the chosen period, and so on.

To address the blank report problem, you can also follow the recommendations provided by the configured problem analyzer and click the "Apply recommendation" button.

After changing the filter fields, the report will be updated to display a list of tasks or provide further recommendations as needed.
