You need to do the following steps:

  1. OpenĀ Time in Status app.

  2. Ā Select aĀ Pivot TableĀ view.

  3. Then click theĀ FieldĀ button.

    4. In theĀ FieldĀ menu, you can customize data presentation by setting your customĀ fieldsĀ forĀ Rows, Columns, and Report Filters.

    To get the time in the issue field,Ā drag and drop such fields:

    • Summary or Issue KeyĀ field → Rows,

    • Time (hours) → Values

    • Type of issue field → ColumnsĀ 

You can select any issue field: Priority, Sprint, Issue type, Flagged, Fix version, etc.

As a result, you will get theĀ time when an issue has each type of issue field you selected.

You canĀ Export the customized reportĀ to Excel doc or PDF format.
