  • Resolution for Jira issues (Resolved filter)
    Filter Jira issues by creation, update, or resolution dates in reports. Correctly setting issue resolution is crucial for accurate data retrieval and reflection of resolved issues in reports.

Reports of Time in Status
With Time in Status app you can generate 7 types of reports: Time in Status report, Assignee Time report, Average Time report, Status Count report, Transition Count report, Status Entrance Date report, Time in Status per Date report

  • Time in Status report
    The Time in Status report shows the total time an issue has stayed in each status.

  • Assignee time report
    The Assignee time report shows a particular assignee's total time worked on the issue.

  • Average time report
    The Average time report shows the average time issues have been staying in statuses during a specific period.

  • Status Count report
    The Status Count report shows how many times an issue has been in each status.

  • Status Entrance Date report
    The Status Entrance Date report shows the date an issue has moved to a particular status.

  • Transition Count report
    The Transition Count report shows how many times an issue has moved between all statuses in the workflow.

  • Time in Status per Date report
    The Time in Status per Date report sums up the time the task has been staying in each status at a particular date.

    If you want to generate Time in Status app report with specific date ranges, you need to set two types of dates: issue range for issue list selection and time range for data calculation.

Sprint Performance Report
The report offers Scrum teams a comprehensive look at sprint activities and data. It's a valuable tool that helps you monitor the progress and performance of the completed sprint, enabling you to make well-informed decisions.

  • Sprint information
    This section includes the sprint name, start and end dates, user-defined sprint goals, the total count of flagged issues, logged time by team members on each issue, and the total time spent in issue statuses (excluding extreme board statuses).

  • Team Velocity
    The Team Velocity chart displays the committed and completed values for the last seven completed sprints, including the selected sprint.

  • Workload
    The report displays the committed, added, workload, and removed issues for each team member associated with issues at the end of the selected sprint.

  • Completion rate
    The completion rate is a metric that measures the percentage of work items or issues completed within a defined sprint. It offers valuable insights into the team's ability to meet their commitments and achieve sprint goals.
